What is US Life Coaching?
USLC is the parent human-development technology company. Its systems sit under Our Systems and are not independent top-level brands in the main navigation.
How do I choose a system?
Match the job: conversations (FOQUS360), routines (F3), employee learning plans (AINA), educational reflection (MINDS), or self-reported work rhythms (Performance Intelligence). You can also start from Solutions.
How is FOQUS360 different from coaching?
FOQUS360 is a communication-intelligence system. Coaching Support is a human pathway that may use FOQUS360. The coach still holds the relationship.
Does AINA screen job candidates?
No. AINA is for employee and talent development. It must not screen, rank, reject, hire, fire, promote, or determine pay or eligibility.
Is MINDS therapy or mental-health treatment?
No. MINDS is educational cognitive-skill and resilience practice. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide crisis intervention.
Does Performance Intelligence use a hidden vitality model?
No. It uses self-reported work context. It does not claim a hidden vitality model.
How do I request privacy information or deletion?
Email support@uslc.online with a privacy subject. Start with Privacy and Data in the Trust Center.
How do refunds and cancellation work?
Request them through Support or the billing contact topic. Exact windows and amounts will be published after commercial terms are confirmed. See Billing, Refunds and Cancellation.
How does an organisation get access?
Contact sales, describe the audience and purpose, and wait for workspace instructions. Product access links for FOQUS360, AINA, and F3 are on Platforms.
What must I not use USLC for?
Person identification, character verdicts from a likeness, clinical care, covert monitoring, and automated employment or eligibility decisions. The full list is in Acceptable Use.
