Help with products, accounts, payments, and privacy

Find the right route for product problems, billing, data requests, and complaints. Do not share passwords or full payment-card details.

Complaints and escalation

If the first reply does not resolve the issue, write again and say that you want an escalation. Describe the original request, the date, and what you still need.

There is no separate complaints website. This page is the hub. A named escalation owner will be published when that role is assigned. Until then, use the support topic and mark the message clearly.

We do not publish a guaranteed response time yet. Inventing one would be another unverified claim.

What never to share

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment-card details through forms or email. If we need more information, we will ask for a safer channel.

If someone claiming to be USLC asks for those secrets, stop and use this page or the telephone number listed on Contact after you have checked it yourself.

Support questions

The contact form says delivery is unavailable. What now?

The form does not fake success. Use a published email on the Contact page if one is shown, or try again later. Do not paste secrets into a workaround.

Who handles billing versus product issues?

Choose the billing or support topic so the message is routed. One team may still reply if operations is small; the topic keeps the record clear.

Can I complain about a practitioner who uses USLC?

You can tell us about product misuse. Practitioner conduct may also belong with that person’s professional body. We will say what we can and cannot investigate.

Is this a crisis line?

No. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. MINDS and other systems are not crisis support.

Write to support

Pick a topic, describe the problem, and omit secrets. For policy reading rather than a live issue, return to the Trust Center.

Send an enquiry

A delivery destination has not been configured. This form validates your request and will send it only after operations connects a verified inbox. Never include passwords or full payment-card details.
