People facing a crowded decision
Several options look plausible and it is hard to choose one action that can be reviewed.
Human-guided coaching
A human-guided coaching pathway for turning reflection into one practical next step.
When several choices compete for attention, Your Next Move (UrNxtMv) helps a participant slow down, clarify what matters, compare realistic options and choose an action that can be reviewed. The programme may combine structured reflection, optional AI-assisted prompts and human coaching where included in the selected plan.
UrNxtMv is a secondary short brand form. Navigation, headings, and this page use Your Next Move. The programme does not sit under Our Systems.
Several options look plausible and it is hard to choose one action that can be reviewed.
Work, study, or a personal change needs a next step, not a label.
Optional prompts can help organise thinking. A coach, where included, keeps the conversation human.
Suitable work includes comparing realistic options, naming a goal that can be tested, or planning the first step in a transition the participant already owns.
It is not suitable where the person needs medical, psychological, crisis, legal, financial, immigration, or employment-selection services. Those needs require a specialist, not a longer worksheet.
The method is evidence-informed. It is not a promise that every participant will reach a goal.
Step 1
Clarify the decision, goal, or transition.
Step 2
Identify relevant priorities, constraints, evidence and uncertainty.
Step 3
Choose one realistic next action and decide when and how to take it.
Step 4
Review what happened and decide whether to continue, adjust or seek specialist support.
A place to write the decision, the constraints, and the uncertainty without being scored.
The aim is a realistic step with a time and a way to take it, not a guaranteed result.
After the action, decide whether to continue, adjust, or seek specialist support.
These roles are different. AI does not become the coach.
| System | Purpose | Typical inputs | Who uses it | Not for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Human coaching | Hold the conversation, keep scope, and support review | What the participant chooses to share | Participant and named coach, when a plan includes one | Diagnosis, legal advice, or employment selection |
| Optional AI assistance | Organise notes and draft questions or optional next steps | Prompts and context the participant provides | Participant, who can accept, edit, or discard the draft | A fact about identity, a professional opinion, or a guarantee |
Human participants retain judgement and control. Consent is required before an enquiry is stored. Optional prompts can be ignored.
A participant may choose to provide a name, contact details, the decision or goal they want to work on, constraints they want to name, and—if a later plan includes it—session notes. Those details stay optional unless a confirmed process later says otherwise.
Structured reflection, a four-step journey, and human coaching where a selected plan later includes it.
Medical, psychological, crisis, legal, financial, immigration, or employment-selection services. No guaranteed transformation or goal attainment.
Programme formats and availability are confirmed during your enquiry. Duration, session count, and whether a selected plan includes human coaching, optional AI assistance, or both will be stated only when a real plan exists.
This page does not invent a timetable or a checkout.
A named coach, verified qualifications, and programme-owner details appear here only after they are confirmed. Until then, send an enquiry and ask who would work with you.
We will not invent credentials, memberships, or session counts to fill this space.
Prices, discounts, duration, availability, and refund windows are not published until commercial terms are approved. There is no checkout on this page.
When terms exist, refund and cancellation requests will use the same Support and legal routes already published for USLC purchases.
An enquiry may include contact details and the decision you want to work on. Programme notes and generated material, if a programme later runs, are collected only for a stated purpose. Named processors and retention clocks stay unpublished until they are verified. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
