Why training exists
A system can be used well or badly. Training exists so facilitators, practitioners, and organisation sponsors learn the purpose, the limits, and the support routes before they put other people into an experience.
Training is professional learning. It is not a sixth system, and it is not the same thing as Your Next Move or High Handle Club.
This overview stays at that level. Formats and audiences live on the workshops page. Older appearance-based certifications are not republished.
Who training is for
Practitioners
Coaches and consultants who will sit USLC tools under their own method.
Organisation sponsors
Administrators who must set purpose, permissions, and escalation before a workspace opens.
What training will not make you
Training does not authorise clinical practice, hiring automation, or guaranteed performance outcomes. It does not replace local professional regulation.

Training questions
Do you still offer appearance-based certification?
We do not offer training that treats a likeness as a character verdict. Older names for that work are retired on this website.
Is there a public schedule and price list?
Not until operations confirms them. Email us and we will say what is actually available.
Will I receive a certificate?
If a certificate is issued, we will say whether it is only a completion record. We will not imply a regulated licence.
Can training be delivered inside a company?
Yes. Organisation onboarding is one of the formats on the workshops page.
