Our Systems

Five systems. One company standard.

Compare FOQUS360, F3, AINA, MINDS, and Performance Intelligence—supporting tools for communication, lifestyle, talent development, and reflection.

How to choose

Start with the job, not the acronym. If the job is a conversation, look at FOQUS360. If it is a daily routine, look at F3. If it is an employee development plan, look at AINA. If it is educational practice for attention and reflection, look at MINDS. If it is a sustainable work rhythm, look at Performance Intelligence.

Your Next Move is the flagship being developed to sit above these tools. You do not need all five. FOQUS360, AINA, and F3 also have product-access links on each card and on Platforms. They do not share a login or a bill with this website.

The USLC systems

Using more than one system

A leadership cohort might use FOQUS360 for conversation labs and AINA for development plans. A practitioner might combine coaching support with F3 between sessions. Those combinations are optional.

Human oversight stays the same in every combination: people interpret outputs, and organisations must say who can see what before a workspace is used.

The standard that does not change

No USLC system determines identity, health status, employability, eligibility, or other consequential outcomes. If a use case needs those decisions, it is outside this portfolio.

Choosing a system

Which system is the flagship?

Your Next Move is the flagship platform in development. FOQUS360 remains the behavioural and communication system most people ask about first. It is not a replacement name for older appearance-based offers.

Can I start with a solution instead?

Yes. Solutions describe the outcome—leadership, professional growth, teams, coaching, or lifestyle—and then point to systems.

Are these separate companies?

No. They are systems of US Life Coaching, listed under Our Systems.

Is there a public login from this page?

Access links for FOQUS360, AINA, and F3 are on this page, on each system page, and in the Platforms directory. Your Next Move has no login yet.
