Organisations and people teams

People development without turning people into scores

Leadership, team learning, and voluntary employee development. Not candidate screening or automated HR decisions.

What organisations actually need

People teams usually want better leadership conversations, clearer team habits, and a development plan that employees recognise as fair. They do not need a silent scoring engine.

USLC can support those aims with FOQUS360, AINA, Performance Intelligence, workshops, and coaching support—provided the organisation will say so in advance and will not reuse the material for hiring or discipline.

Implementation roles

Decide who administers the workspace, who facilitates, who participates, and who can export notes. Write retention and escalation routes before anyone logs in.

Procurement and legal reviewers should start in the Trust Center. We will not invent certifications or subprocessors to speed a questionnaire.

Privacy and governance expectations

Employees should know the purpose, the audience for their notes, and how to make a data request. Managers should not receive a back-channel profile that the employee has not seen.

If your organisation’s real need is selection or succession scoring, USLC is the wrong supplier.

Employment decisions stay human and separate

No hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, disciplinary, employability, or protected-trait decision may be automated by USLC.

Organisational questions

Can we put USLC in our hiring stack?

No. AINA and FOQUS360 are not candidate-screening tools.

Do you offer an enterprise dashboard of people scores?

We do not sell ranking dashboards. Administrators may need access for support; that is not a talent scoreboard.

What should we read before procurement?

Privacy and Data, Responsible AI, Security, and Acceptable Use. Then send the questionnaire.

Can we run a pilot?

Yes, if the pilot has a written purpose, a small audience, and the same limits as a full rollout.

Where do employees get help?

Through your internal sponsor and the USLC Support Center. Do not send passwords to either.

Ask about organisational access

Describe the audience, the development goal, and who would administer the workspace.
