Purpose-limited data use
We collect only what a stated experience needs, use it for disclosed purposes, and provide a route to ask questions or exercise rights. We do not assume unnamed secondary uses.
Information we expect to handle
Typical categories include contact details you submit, support messages, essential technical data needed to run the website, and—if a platform or checkout is later connected—account, payment, usage, and organisational context. We will name processors and retention periods only after operational confirmation.
Why we use it
Intended purposes are service delivery, security, customer support, service improvement, and legal obligations. Marketing contact happens only if you ask for it or another lawful basis is explained.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal of consent, portability, and a complaint route. Use the privacy topic on the Contact page to start.
What this explainer does not claim
We do not call information anonymous when it can still be linked to a person. We do not say consent covers uses we have not described. Subprocessors and transfer mechanisms will be published when they are known.
