AINA · Talent Development

Development support for people already in the organisation

AINA helps employees and managers plan learning. It is not a hiring, ranking, or promotion engine.

When development talks lack a spine

Many organisations already know they should have better development conversations. The meeting still drifts because no one wrote down the role, the goal, or the support on offer.

AINA is for people already in the room: employees, managers, mentors, and coaches who want a shared plan. It is not a funnel for applicants and it is not a ranking board.

What AINA is

AINA supports employee learning, role reflection, capability conversations, and development planning.

Older materials sometimes described an AINA360 hiring or fit-scoring product. That use is excluded here. If a workflow scores candidates, rejects applicants, or automates promotion, it is not an acceptable use of AINA.

How planning works

  1. Clarify the role

Write down responsibilities, strengths to apply, and capabilities to develop—using information the person and manager already share.

  2. Set learning objectives

Turn a vague ambition into milestones, practice, and the support the organisation will actually provide.

  3. Prepare the conversation

Give employees and managers a structure for check-ins that can be reviewed later.

  4. Adjust in the open

Plans change. AINA should make the change visible to the people who agreed the goal—not to a hidden scoring model.

Suitable uses

Onboarding support

Help a new colleague understand the role and the first learning priorities.

Capability conversations

Prepare internal mobility or stretch discussions without turning them into covert selection.

Voluntary programmes

Leadership growth and mentoring where participation and purpose are explained in advance.

Governance for people teams

Before AINA is used in a workspace, say who administers it, who facilitates, who can see notes, how long records are kept, and how an employee can ask for support or deletion.

Do not place AINA outputs in a file used for hiring, firing, compensation, or disciplinary decisions. If those processes exist, they need their own lawful, human-owned methods.

What AINA must not do

AINA must not screen, rank, reject, hire, fire, promote, or determine pay, eligibility, or employment outcomes. For organisational context, read the organisations page and the acceptable-use rules.

AINA questions

Can we use AINA in recruitment?

No. It is for employee and talent development after someone is already participating as a colleague, not for candidate screening.

Can managers see everything an employee writes?

Only if the workspace is configured that way and people were told in advance. Default to the minimum access the development conversation needs.

Is AINA a performance-management score?

No. It is a planning and conversation aid. It should not become a hidden rating.

How does AINA relate to professional development?

AINA is the system. Professional Development is the solution pathway that may include AINA, coaching, and review cycles.

What about older AINA360 hiring claims?

They are not part of this website’s offer. Do not rely on them when assessing USLC.

Ask about organisational access

If you want AINA inside a people-development programme, describe the audience and the purpose. We will not help configure it for selection.
